Ignore that last post - Ick.
I was feeling sorry for myself. That is a bad habit to get into.
I could delete that post, but I will leave it to remind me.
There are so many people worse off than I am. I am blessed.
Wonderful children, great friends, nice home (even with its problems), eyesight to read all the books I want. What more do I need.
Ick is ebbing away.
I need to remember to count my blessings before complaining.

May I take your list of the good stuff and expand? Here I go!
Wonderful, intelligent, creative, hilarious, kind, thoughtful children
Great, warm, loving, supportive, fun friends
Nice home (even with its problems)
full of warmth, love, caring, shelves to the ceilings of books, games, toys, which if you share with the above people, will make you smile and laugh
Eyesight to read all the books I want. Insight to understand them, question them, form comprehensive opinions about them. The opportunities to share ideas and books with friends and family who learn from you, debate you, appreciate you!

I have ick days myself.
My ick might be different... but ick nonetheless.
