I read about this website yesterday, and today I decided to try it.
If you have some free time, please try out the questions on www.freerice.com instead of playing solitaire. For each answer you get right, 20 grains of rice will be donated to the United Nations World Food Program in an attempt to end world hunger.

I went to the website and donated 520 grains of rice - so I think that I did my part.
Between the vocabulary, art history, and multiplication, I was able to donate 6,000 grains while watching Law & Order.
I was really surprised how much I remembered when it came to matching the artists to the paintings, of course some of them are very easy, others I think you would have to have a little background.
So you have to know something in order to donate rice? I'll be lucky if I can donate 100 grains. Unless there is a way to cheat....
