There are free books available for the Kindle 2. I just "whispernetted" two to my K2 for the future. Have no idea if they will be any good, but you know what, they were free, they do not take up any shelf space in my house which makes them "green," and we all know I love green.
There are a lot of classics that are free too. Very exciting.

Oh my, you are addicted to K2, LOL! I'm so glad you are getting hours of entertainment from it and it's not even been a week yet.
Did you see the word FREE! Actually, it isn't as bad as it seems on here.
I did read it in the car today while I was waiting for my boss to let his dogs out, and while I was waiting for the youngest to get out of school.
I have worked on the cat back quilt design tonight as it needed tweaking before cutting. I am also doing that horrible chore - laundry. I just found the free books while I was chatting with the oldest on IM.
FREE is good :)
