I read two great books this weekend by Delia Parr, "A Place Called Trinity" and "Home to Trinity." I was so sad when I finished them. I was not ready to leave Trinity.
Sometimes I can jump right into a book and the characters become my friends. That is how these two books were for me.
The main character in these books is midwife Martha Cade and the people in and around the town of Trinity in Western Pennsylvania in 1830 and 1831. I hope there is a third Trinity book. Seems like the name calls for one.
